CABroker Ltd. announced an open Request for Proposal (RFP) for the right
to award subcontracts for freightage management and customs clearance in the
Moscow region.

CABroker Ltd. was entered into the Register of Customs Representatives
by FTS (Federal Customs Service)Order of the Russian Federation No.2761 dated
December 30, 2010. The Certificate was obtained pursuant to requirements of Articles
12 and 13 of the Customs Union Customs Code and relevant Articles of Federal
Law “Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation” No. 311-FZ dated 06.12.2010

Holding of an open RFP for awarding subcontracts for freightage management and customs clearance
CABroker Ltd. announced an open REP for the right to award subcontracts for
freightage management and customs clearance in two regions of the Russian
Federation and legal entities are invited to submit their proposals.
1. Vladivostok region – customs clearance, warehouse settlement, container
and multimodal shipping, material handling services.
2. Moscow region –customs clearance (consumer goods), motor trucking, material handling services.
Legal entities are allowed to take part in the RFP in case they qualify
for the following requirements:
practice in freightage and customs clearance of no less than 2 years;
a company should not be involved in bankruptcy proceedings due to its
liquidation or reorganization, and have any property seizure.
