The CABroker company gives particular attention to confidentiality of all contracts. Taking the responsibility to act on behalf a name of the client at the decision of all questions, concerning the customs legislation, the CABroker company signs the agreement to protect any information about the client's business.

The agreement on confidentiality assumes strict limitation in use of any materials, concerning to the client's business, transferred both in the form of papers and electronic documents, and in the form of the oral message. CABroker obliged to use any information exclusively in interests of business of the client, only within the limits of sphere of business relations and only within the limits of the objectives designated in relevant documents.

Both parties signed the agreement, undertake to observe with all existing norm of the legislation.

The agreement on confidentiality also concerns any information received as a result of visual observation.

CABroker never hands over the information to the third parties, including, in case of dialogue with affiliated or subsidiaried companies of the client.

Access to the information of the client is received only the CABroker’s employees, who work in the given project.
