12.01.2011 – Certificate No.0023/02 dated 01.01.2004 on registration in the Register of Customs Brokers (representatives) was withdrawn, since according to Part 1 of Article 367 of the Customs Union Customs Code (CUCC) entered into force on July 1st, 2010 Customs Brokers (representatives), who had been registered before the above mentioned CUCC was entered into force in the Russian Federation, could conduct Customs activity within 6 months from the date of entry into force of the CUCC, i.e. before January 1st, 2011 – RF FTS Order No. 53 dated 12.01.2011.
